We are writing to inform you that we will reserve a certain amount of funds in your account in accordance with Section 6.1 and 6.5 of the Temu Seller Services Agreement (SSA). These reservations are designed to ensure the continued quality and reliability of our marketplace for all users and customers.

The maximum amount to be reserved is MX$23.27. The specific amount will be the smaller of 10% of your settlement amount over the past 30 days (fixed at 10% of the initial settlement amount) and MX$200,000.00.

You can click the button below to go to the 'Reserve' page to view the reserve details, including Order IDs, the reserve amount, and the estimated lift time for each order. The restricted amount changes usually because the order IDs settled in the past 30 days have changed as time goes by. We will regularly notify you of any changes related to the amount.

This restriction may be lifted only after you, as a new seller, have successfully operated on the platform for a sufficient period to demonstrate compliance with Temu's rules and policies., which is subject to our reasonable discretion in accordance with our specific evaluation rules. Once your store has accumulated at least 30 sales days and has at least 50 delivered orders, such restrictions will be lifted. The reserve standards and reserved amount will be updated from time to time. You can view the evaluation rules on the 'Performance' page.
