To provide HR partnership to business in relation to people attraction, retention and development to
support business.
Ensure correct relationship with authorities and community
Advise Top Management on labor and legal issues
Promote good relations between Directors, Managers and middle managers
Guide the Union to work positively and in favor of the Company
Represent the Company in Political, Sports and Social events
Comply with National, State and Municipal regulations on labor matters
Ensure a good work environment for all Company members
Ensure Company complies with all kind of Safety, Environment, Training and Legal Regulations
JOB
RESPONSIBILITY 工作职责
Directly or indirectly implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees, interfaces
with functional and operational leaders on openings, and participates in selection process of key staff
where appropriate and creates recommendations for offers.
Develops and administers local training works with managers to identify best utilization of training
offerings, participates in training actions as appropriate.
Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent
management cycle in the location.
Facilitates the annual manpower plan and salary budget review cycle, observing HQ guidelines and
with division business input.
Transition LGMG company culture to local team and improvement the Mexico team’s engagement
and satisfaction.
Ensures LGMG Code of Conduct is observed and followed by all employees, responsible for
managing all employee grievances and disciplinary processes could liaison with Labor Union and legal
department.
Prepare salary structure proposal and monitor the local payroll process be conducted to meet
internal compliance standard and local legal provisions. Implement annual merit increment and salary

changes according to the guidelines developed by China corporate.

Fosters effective communication between employees and location management, resolves employee
relations issues with a systematic approach.
Labor Relations
Comply with National, State and Municipal regulations on labor matters.
Comply with and enforce Mexican Labor Law.
Establish and maintain a good relationship with community.
Carry out labor dismissals in accordance with law.
Review last payment of dismissed personnel.
Collaborate with legal area in case of legal controversy (lawsuits).
Check hiring process is carried out within legal framework.
Respect and enforce internal regulations, policies and procedures established by Company.
Update policies and procedures in accordance with law updates.
Take actions to correct or eliminate turnover and absenteeism.
Attention to Labor and Federal authorities (STPS, Infonavit, IMSS, Courts, Actuaries, Police, Civil
Protection, etc.).
Solution to the labor issues of the Administrative staff
Carry out staff satisfaction surveys, as well as carry out actions to improve.
Union
Maintain a cooperative relationship with Union, its leaders and delegates.
Guide Union to work positively and in favor of the Company
Comply with the Collective Labor Agreement.
Carry out the negotiation strategy of the Collective Labor Agreement according to authorized by Top
Management.
Plan, carry out and satisfactorily conclude annual negotiations of Collective Labor Agreement.
Solve in accordance with the law problems of unionized personnel.
Personnel Administration
Ensure personnel data records are up to date.
Hold cultural and sporting events for staff and their families.
Continuously improve services for workers.
Get additional benefits for workers.
Ensure delivery of company documents for legal procedures.
Continuous verification of staff services (transportation, dining room, cleaning, etc.).
Training
•Ensures compliance with training hours per person according to Authority.
•Work on annual training plan.
•Review training requirements.
•Facilitate the conditions for correct training.
•Select training agencies to deliver training.
•Ensure the training of internal trainers.
•Make / update job descriptions.
Recruitment
•Ensure the hiring of staff
•Keep Authorized Headcount
EHS
•Application safety measures
•Review compliance with company surveillance
•Ensure manufacturing safety procedures exist
•Application of security plans
•Validate security equipment purchases and expenses
•Monitor compliance with the provisions on environmental safety.
Payroll
•Ensure compliance with by Law Taxes and Deductions.
•Ensure on time payroll payment.
Human Resources Management
•Maintain Expense Budget according to established by HQ
•Advise Top Management on labor and legal issues
•Promote good relations between Directors, Managers and middle managers
•Represent Company in Political, Sports and Social events.
