•Comply with and enforce Mexican Labor Law.

•Review last payment of dismissed personnel.
•Collaborate with legal area in case of legal controversy (lawsuits).
•Check hiring process is carried out within legal framework.
•Respect and enforce internal regulations, policies and procedures established by Company.
•Update policies and procedures in accordance with law updates.
•Take actions to correct or eliminate turnover and absenteeism.
•Attention to Labor and Federal authorities (STPS, Infonavit, IMSS, Courts, Actuaries, Police, Civil

•Carry out staff satisfaction surveys, as well as carry out actions to improve.
Union
•Maintain a cooperative relationship with Union, its leaders and delegates.
•Guide Union to work positively and in favor of the Company
•Comply with the Collective Labor Agreement.
•Carry out the negotiation strategy of the Collective Labor Agreement according to authorized by Top
Management.
•Plan, carry out and satisfactorily conclude annual negotiations of Collective Labor Agreement.
•Solve in accordance with the law problems of unionized personnel.
Personnel Administration
•Ensure personnel data records are up to date.
•Hold cultural and sporting events for staff and their families.
•Continuously improve services for workers.
•Get additional benefits for workers.
•Ensure delivery of company documents for legal procedures.
•Continuous verification of staff services (transportation, dining room, cleaning, etc.).
Training
•Ensures compliance with training hours per person according to Authority.
•Work on annual training plan.
•Review training requirements.
•Facilitate the conditions for correct training.
•Select training agencies to deliver training.
•Ensure the training of internal trainers.
