Quesadilla is a delicious Mexican dish
做法：在一个大薄饼上
On top of a large tortilla
放芝士和其它食材：
add cheese and other ingredients:
小块的熟肉，洋葱，蘑菇，橄榄
diced cooked meats, onions, mushrooms, olives
折叠过来，
Fold the tortilla over,
煎至两面焦黄
fry until browned on both sides.
同番茄辣酱，酸奶油，或鳄梨酱一起享用
Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole
